You are cordially invited to attend Activist Graduate School's inaugural Symposium on August 17, 2018.

During the course of a stimulating evening of revolutionary discussion, we will pursue the question: “Why Do Protests Fail?”

Each guest lecturer will respond to this provocative question with reference to any protest, ​historical or contemporary, small or large​. Each speaker will be allotted 18 minutes, followed by questions from the audience​.

Guest speakers include:

Dr. Lenora Fulani, co-founder of the All Stars Project and the first female presidential candidate to get on the ballot in all 50 states.

Alicia Garza, co-founder of Black Lives Matter.

Souta Calling Last, founder of Indigenous Vision.

The symposium will be moderated by Micah White, co-creator of Occupy Wall Street.
