You're invited for a lunch and master-class with renowned Professor Alain Lempereur. A Professor at Brandeis University, Harvard Law School, and Sciences Po, he is the foremost European expert on negotiation. He will be speaking to us on negotiating today's Europe in the context of Brexit.
Alain Lempereur is the Alan B. Slifka Professor and Director of the Conflict Resolution and Coexistence Program at Brandeis University. He is an affiliated faculty and an executive committee member of the Program on Negotiation (PON) at Harvard Law School.
He is also a visiting professor at Sciences Po Paris School of International Affairs. He published a dozen books, including The First Move. A Negotiator’s Companion that appeared in 10 languages, and contributed over 100 articles and book chapters. His recent research and field expertise address responsible negotiation and leadership, as well as humanitarian negotiation, namely for Doctors without Borders and the International Committee of the Red Cross. He founded Essec Irene – a European negotiation institute that he led during fifteen years. He created the negotiation teaching at the French National School of Administration – ENA (1997-2010) and at the European Commission (2004-2010).
