At The Floating Hospital, we do whatever it takes to show the love to New York City’s most vulnerable and often forgotten families. We do that by providing quality healthcare in a modern clinic that is a model for kindhearted and dignified medical care—and more.
It’s an act of love we’ve done since 1866, going to where children and their families are and bringing them to our clinic where they receive comprehensive healthcare and more. Our “more than medical” model includes primary medical, dental and behavioral healthcare, health education, and social supports, including the distribution of necessities such as seasonal clothing, infant and personal-care kits, school supplies and nutritious food.
