Winning campaigns get started early. So mark your calendars, because the Electoral Working Group will be holding not one but TWO ENDORSEMENT FORUMS, OCTOBER 8 and 15!

These forums, and the conversations you’ll have with comrades before, during, and after them, are the essence of popular democracy. We’re going to learn, we’re going to deliberate, and yes, we’re probably going to argue, but then we’re going to vote, move forward, and win together, because that’s what democratic socialists do. Coming off a banner year for our electoral project, 2026 holds some truly fantastic possibilities for this movement. Join us as we take the next step!

The address for each forum will be sent out 24 hours before the event and each will be accessible via Zoom. Both forums will end with a vote on all candidates under consideration, with voting open to all who attend that meeting in-person or remotely. Please note that you must attend in-person or via Zoom in order to vote on our 2026 endorsements.

EWG members are only eligible to vote if they have been a member of NYC-DSA since 7/1 and have taken at least one electoral action in that last two years (such events include participating in a canvass, phonebanking, or ewg meeting).
