The NYC AfroSocialists and Socialists of Color Caucus Recruitment Committee is designed to help people of color new to DSA to get connected to the caucus and find a home in the organization. Join our onboarding training to learn the basics of how to share information on the caucus with new members, help them get comfortable, and show them ways to get involved! We'll go over the Recruitment Committee's onboarding system and best practices for 1:1 conversations.
