NYC-DSA is bigger than ever and still growing. Since Zohran's win, hundreds of new members have joined, so we must turn our attention to welcoming all the folks who've been activated by the most exciting electoral campaign in our organization's history.
The NYC-DSA Membership Committee's onboarder training will prepare you to talk with new members and help them get plugged into our work. It's absolutely vital that we turn this energy into sustained power. A better New York and a better world await!
Note this is not a meeting that onboards new members. This trains you to onboard new members. If you're a new member looking basic info on DSA, our NYC-DSA 101s are great for learning more about us!
After our training ends at 6pm, we'll move into our bi-weekly "onboarder hour" where new and long time onboarders go over what's working, ask questions, and do our outreach together. If you've got time after the training, feel free to stay on and participate!
