Join SALAM and DSA Running Club to speak with runners at the finish line of the New York Road Runners (NYRR) Brooklyn Half-Marathon about the #DropTCS campaign. New York's most famous race, the New York City Marathon, is sponsored by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a longstanding partner of Israel and a profiteer from the genocide of Palestinians. TCS and Tata Advanced Systems provide cloud computing infrastructure and advanced weapons components to the IDF.
Runners in New York City should know that our beloved marathon is sponsored by a partner in genocide and they should know that there's something they can do about it! Join us in informing and empowering the NYC running community to demand that New York Road Runners #DropTCS at the finish line of the Brooklyn Half Marathon! Note: There are two shifts, please select one you can commit to! Even if you can only stay for part of a shift your participation in the action will be appreciated!
Can't make it down to Coney Island? Then select the 'DSA Cheer Squad' option! We'll be cheering and representing for Palestine at mile 8 of the course, Ocean Parkway and Church Ave. Nearest Subway stops are the Church Ave F,G or the Church Ave B,Q.
