Mastering the Conversation: Even When You Disagree

National Organization for Women of NYC

Date: May 27th

The need to bridge political and ideological divides has never been more urgent. Now is the time to examine the rules of genuine engagement and to find common ground for respectful, passionate dialogue that can change hearts and minds.

We're thrilled to introduce you to Eve Pearlman, a thought leader and lifelong journalist with a deep commitment to serving and building communities. She is the co-founder of Spaceship Media which works to reduce polarization, build communities, and restore trust in journalism. Her firsthand experience bringing together people with different political views and fostering respectful dialogue and understanding shows us that we have more in common with our fellow citizens than we think.

You are bound to leave this event with new tools and approaches to master effective communication that will help you at work, at home, and on the campaign trail!
Join us for our Activist Power Hours, Wednesdays at noon.
We'll learn the issues and take action together to register voters in swing states, get insider tips on having more effective and persuasive political conversations and connect to phone banking for women’s rights candidates and pivotal get out the vote efforts!

A new RSVP is required to participate in each session. We'll send the Zoom link prior to each event!
