Join us for our “Hearts to Home” initiative on January 18, 2021 at the Shorefront Y. We will be working together to help get fresh produce to hundreds of home bound seniors in our community.
With your help this project will make a huge and positive impact on the lives of seniors.
Teens! get your school required volunteer hours doing something great for your community! Bring the entire family and show what our community can do!
Families with children are welcome!
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanies by an adult.
