Unpack the comments, actions and dynamics that are experienced as racism, homophobia, ageism, transphobia and more. We will practice strategies for calling people in, acknowledging behavior that is painful to others without ostracizing or creating distance. Participants will walk away with some tools to help shift personal behaviors.
