The Staten Island Not for Profit Association hosts the Community Service Awards brunch for member organizations to honor volunteers and employees for outstanding service to our communities and dedication to helping others. Over 200 nonprofit leaders, family, and friends attend this annual event to celebrate the honorees’ accomplishments.
To submit an honoree(s) from your organization -- By February 15, 2022:
- Complete this form with the information requested: https://bit.ly/SINonprofitCSA-HonoreeForm2022
- Submit a photo [TBD: enter resolution/format specs] of the honoree(s) for the program booklet and marketing to admin@sinfpa.org
- Purchase one table per honoree ($750/table). Checks payable and sent to Staten Island NFP Association, PO Box 141292, Staten Island NY 10314; Attn: 2022 Community Service Awards. Online table/ticket sales will open in January.
- Please be reminded that organizations must be current SINFPA members to submit honorees. If you are unsure of your membership/dues status, contact us before submitting.

Please note all safety and hygiene guidelines and mandates in effect at the time will be followed and enforced. Participants will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination and corresponding identification. Masking and social distancing guidelines will be in effect as recommended.

Please also be advised that the event may be recorded by the Staten Island NFP Association, Inc. By enrolling for this event, you hereby: (1) give consent for the Association or any third parties to use recording of you in its online and video publications; (2) release the Staten Island NFP Association, Inc. its employees and any outside third parties from all liabilities or claims that you might assert in connection with the above-described uses; and (3) waive any right to inspect, approve or receive compensation for any materials or communications, including audio recordings, videotapes, website images or written materials, incorporating recordings of you.
